Local pickups and check-ins are handled directly on-site at our regional pop-up events (such as our Toronto markets and upcoming Montreal expansions). Details regarding specific booth or ticket collection points are sent out a few days before each live event.

Instant access to the Elevate Academy Portal, business blogs, and community hub features is granted immediately upon completing your sign-up or selecting your membership tier (Community, Growth, or Scale).

Yes, you can manage or update your membership tier ($29/month Growth or $79/month Scale) directly through your account settings. For specific market registration modifications, please reach out to our team as early as possible.

Don't worry! All live virtual sessions—such as "Striving for Sales: The Blueprint to Consistent Revenue"—are recorded and archived inside the Elevate Academy Portal for members to stream at their convenience.

We do not handle physical orders or shipments from other vendors. Once you place an order through the site of an independent vendor, we have no involvement in processing or tracking their shipments; please reach out directly to the respective vendor for fulfillment updates.

Membership subscriptions can be canceled after a 3-month trial from your account page. Pop-up markets hosted by Black-Owned Pop-Up are non-refundable as long as the event is running, but are subject to our specific event terms outlined during the registration of other events.
